Position: Undergraduate Recruitment and Admission Specialist

Full-time / Part-time: Full-time

Location: Hangzhou, China   

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing program for undergraduate recruitment, including advertisements, social media, websites, and school visits.

2. Develop and coordinate undergraduate recruitment and admission processes.

3. Provide assistance and coordination for teaching faculty recruitment and retention.

4. Other duties related to the Center for Undergraduate Education operation as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

1. Strong familiarity with Westlake University mission and values.

2. Master’s Degree or above.

3. Native level fluency in English; strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in Chinese is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

4. Previous experience working in an academic institution abroad.

5. Previous experience working in a multicultural environment.

6. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

7. Self-directed, curious, proactive, and with a positive attitude.

8. Good computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) applications.
