The Board Office serves the Westlake University Board of Trustees. It is responsible for the organization of the Board and Committees’ meetings, document drafting and record keeping, coordination with different departments and maintenance of internal and external liaison.


Position: Automation System & Administrative Manager/ Specialist, Board Office

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for drafting English articles or documents for the office.

2. Responsible for the construction of the automation system of the office and the maintenance of data on the daily shared information platform.

3. Assisting in the Board meetings and activities.

4. Responsible for the mailbox management and archive management of the office.

5. Responsible for the daily operation of the office.

6. Other duties related to the office as requested.

Required Qualifications:

1. Master or higher degree.

2. Three or more years’ experience as a university administrator or relevant professional role, candidate with OA and archive management system background is preferred.

3. Strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to draft Chinese and English written documents independently.

4. Detail-oriented, with a proactive and responsible attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.

5. Strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking skills as well as learning ability.
