The School of Science is one of the three schools of Westlake University. Under its founding mission of discovering phenomena of the physical world, elucidating principles of nature, extending humanity's knowledge, and cultivating first-rate innovative talents, the school conducts research and education in basic sciences and related areas in mathematics, physics, and chemistry.

The School has attracted many international talents under the direction of Executive Dean, Professor Li Deng, a pioneer and world-renowned leader in the field of organic catalysis. The Office of the Dean is crucial in facilitating smooth administrative & service work and allowing our faculty & students to focus on their work. It serves as the primary liaison between different departments and our school members, thus playing a key role in the University's administrative system. The OD strives to provide all faculty andstudents with professional and efficient service under the premise that “academic needs determine administration, and administration serves educational and research purposes."

Job Responsibilities:

1. Domestic students' political, patriotic and party education.

2. Organizing student activities and social practice.

3.  Academic integrity and ethic education.

4. Student assessment and evaluation for awards, merits and scholarships.

5. Student discipline and safety management, psychological education.

6. Student career development and alumni affairs.

7. Other tasks assigned by the university and the school.

2. A Communist Party member with strong sense of responsibility.

3. Full time master’s degree or above.

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, international perspective, and problem-solving ability. Relevant work experience as a student counselor or a student cadre will be preferred.

5. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate efforts to complete tasks.

6. Strong writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Compensation and Benefit:
