Student Counselor, 1

Job Responsibilities:

1. Students' political education, and promoting academic integrity and ethics;

2. The Youth League work and organizing student activities;

3. Party building work for students;

4. Student career development and social practice;

5. Student assessment every academic year and student evaluation for awards and merits;

6. Routine student management and campus security and stability;

7. Other tasks assigned by the university and the school.

Requirements:

1. Embrace the philosophy of Westlake University and possess a strong familiarity with the university’s features and goals;

2. A Communist Party member with a master’s degree or above;

3. Relevant work experience as a student counselor or a major student cadre; familiar with the political education of students;

4. Strong writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English; able to use English as a working language;

5. Ability to work under pressure,  adapt to circumstances, and coordinate efforts to complete tasks;

6. A service-oriented team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
