Biography
Dianyi Liu earned his PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Lanzhou University in 2009, and then worked as the postdoc in Peking University, University of Saskatchewan and Michigan State University. Dr. Liu started his faculty career at Westlake University from January 2019. His research interests include thin-film photovoltaics, artificial photosynthesis and wearable electronics.

Research
Dr. Dianyi Liu's research mainly focused on the photovoltaic materials and devices field in past years, including the study on mechanism of perovskite solar cells (PSCs), the simplification of the device fabrication process, and exploration of transparent / flexible photovoltaic devices. The future research efforts of Dr. Liu group will be paid on the applications of thin-film photovoltaics / nano optoelectronic materials on energy, environment and life field.
